• Attach the contract between the plaintiff and defendant or any document proving the contractual relationship

• For representatives: A legal power of attorney authorizing the holder to handle dispute resolution procedures, including reconciliation and waiver rights

• Log in to the Muqawil portal, navigate to Electronic Services, then choose Dispute Settlement

• Select the Dispute Settlement service

• Fill in the required fields to submit the claim form

• Attach the required documents

• Click the Submit button

• The request will be reviewed by specialists

• If the request is rejected, the reasons can be viewed through the Muqawil platform

• SMS and email notifications are sent to all parties when the case is accepted

• Session schedule details are sent to all parties

• If a settlement is reached, a reconciliation report is issued. If no agreement is reached, the case is referred to the competent court.
