The Saudi Contractors Authority (SCA), headed by Chairman of the Board Mr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Al-Ajlan and attended by a number of Board members and the Secretary-General, participated in an open meeting with contractors in Al-Jouf Region. The meeting was organized by the Al-Jouf Chamber of Commerce and attended by its Chairman, Dr. Hamdan bin Abdullah Al-Samreen, along with a number of business leaders and contractors from the region.

The meeting forms part of the Authority’s ongoing efforts to strengthen direct engagement with contractors across the Kingdom’s regions, listen to their views and feedback, and identify the key challenges facing the contracting sector in Al-Jouf, with the aim of improving the business environment and enhancing the sector’s efficiency.

Discussions covered a number of topics related to sector challenges and ways to strengthen cooperation and integration between government entities and the private sector. The meeting also highlighted the Authority’s role in supporting and empowering contractors, enhancing regulation and governance across the sector, and improving opportunities for growth and sustainability.

During the meeting, the Saudi Contractors Authority reaffirmed its commitment to continuing its work with partners across the Kingdom and advancing initiatives and programs that contribute to the development of the contracting sector and strengthen its contribution to economic development, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
