Saudi Contractors Authority Launches the “Digital Report” Service

The Saudi Contractors Authority (SCA) has launched the “Digital Report” service, provided by the Digital Government Authority through the AMER Center. This initiative reflects SCA’s ongoing efforts to strengthen communication with beneficiaries and utilize their feedback and suggestions to enhance the quality of its digital services.

The service provides beneficiaries with three main options: submitting a complaint regarding government entities’ responses to digital services and technical matters, reporting a digital incident and requesting its conversion into a digital service, and submitting development proposals and improvement ideas for existing digital services.

SCA encourages all beneficiaries to communicate through its official channels. Feedback and suggestions will be reviewed, and beneficiaries will receive a reference number and the outcome of the assessment. The “Digital Report” service also allows complaints to be escalated if the response period is exceeded or if the beneficiary is not satisfied with the proposed resolution.
