Usage Steps

The user selects the Urban Service Providers Classification from the services list on the Balady platform
The user clicks the “Start Service” button on the classification request card and logs into the system
The main classification screen is displayed to the user
The user selects the classification type (Establishment Classification)
The user enters the Unified National Establishment Number and clicks “Verify”
The system verifies the establishment, and once confirmed, the user may proceed by clicking “Next”
The system displays establishment data retrieved from the Ministry of Commerce along with activities subject to classification
The system displays the Technical Grade screen, and the user selects the required fields
A dedicated section appears for each selected field, where the user completes the technical evaluation requirements before clicking “Next”
The user is redirected to the Muqawil platform to complete the Technical Standards Compliance Certificate request
The Saudi Contractors Authority reviews the request, and once approved, the technical grade is automatically reflected in the Balady platform

The technical grade can be updated through the Balady platform using the "Update Technical Grade" option.

Ensure that technicians and engineers are registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers and that their graduation dates are added before submitting the request.

A Saudi engineer was not counted in the technical criteria — why?

According to the official directive, a Saudi engineer is counted only after completing 60 days of registration in the establishment.
