The Syrian Investment Authority is participating in the
Future Projects Forum 2025, organized by the Saudi Contractors Authority (SCA)
in Riyadh, to showcase a number of investment and development projects planned
across the infrastructure, housing, energy, and transportation sectors.
Syria’s participation will focus on highlighting promising
opportunities for the rehabilitation and development of infrastructure and
attracting regional and international investments to support the country’s
reconstruction and development efforts. The delegation will present a portfolio
of strategic projects targeting major cities and key development areas.
The Syrian delegation will also present initiatives aimed at
strengthening cooperation with contractors and investors from Saudi Arabia and
other Gulf countries, creating opportunities for partnerships across a range of
projects, including road network development, the construction of modern
residential communities, and the expansion of renewable energy projects.
Through its participation, Syria seeks to open new channels
of cooperation and demonstrate its readiness to adopt international best
practices and standards in project delivery, contributing to balanced and
sustainable development.
The Forum will also feature participation from Kuwaiti
entities presenting details of their future projects, in addition to the Saudi
Development and Reconstruction Program for Yemen, which will highlight its
development projects in the housing, infrastructure, and energy sectors.
The Syrian participation is
expected to attract significant interest at the Forum, offering investors and
contractors an opportunity to gain greater insight into the country’s
reconstruction phase and explore new strategic partnership opportunities across
the region.
