SCA and HRDF Launch Contractor Training Registration

The Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF), known as Hadaf, and the Saudi Contractors Authority opened registration for a program to train jobseekers and help them find contracting roles in private-sector establishments.

The program aims to increase Saudi employment in contracting, expand national workforce participation and support sector growth.

Training covers construction supervision, construction technology, general surveying technology and road inspection technology.

The program will also help successful trainees find private-sector jobs and monitor their continued employment.

It follows an agreement signed by HRDF and SCA in February. The agreement supports Saudi employment in contracting, creates opportunities for national talent, improves skills and advances targeted localization programs.

HRDF contributes specialized training, qualification and employment support. SCA works to develop the sector and its workforce through stronger skills and economic sustainability.
