The Saudi Contractors Authority (SCA) took part in an open meeting with contractors in Al-Jouf. SCA Chairman Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Al-Ajlan led the Authority’s delegation, which included several Board members and the Secretary-General.
The Al-Jouf Chamber of Commerce organized the meeting. Its Chairman, Dr. Hamdan bin Abdullah Al-Samreen, attended alongside business leaders and contractors from the region.
The meeting formed part of SCA’s ongoing efforts to engage directly with contractors across Saudi Arabia. It provided an opportunity to hear their views and feedback and identify the main challenges facing the contracting sector in Al-Jouf.
These efforts aim to improve the business environment and increase the sector’s efficiency.
Participants discussed sector challenges and ways to strengthen cooperation and coordination between government entities and the private sector.
They also reviewed SCA’s role in supporting contractors, improving regulation and governance, and creating better opportunities for growth and sustainability.
SCA reaffirmed its commitment to working with partners across the Kingdom and advancing initiatives that develop the contracting sector. These efforts support the sector’s contribution to economic development in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
