His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Mohammed bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Jazan Region, and his Deputy, Prince Nasser bin Mohammed bin Abdullah bin Jalawi, received at the Governorate headquarters in Jazan a delegation from the Saudi Contractors Authority, headed by the Chairman of the Board, Mr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Al-Ajlan, along with several Board members.
During the meeting, the Authority’s delegation delivered an introductory presentation highlighting its key responsibilities and efforts to regulate, develop, and empower the contracting sector. The presentation also covered the initiatives and services provided to support contractors and enhance the sector’s business environment in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
The delegation also presented an overview of the contracting sector in the Jazan Region, including ongoing projects, promising investment opportunities, and the challenges facing contractors in the region.
In addition, the delegation presented the Authority’s 2024 Annual Report, highlighting its key achievements during the year and the significant progress made in regulating and empowering the contracting sector. The report also outlined strategic initiatives that contributed to enhancing the efficiency of national enterprises, strengthening their role in development projects, and supporting the achievement of Saudi Vision 2030 objectives.
