ISO 9001:2015 Quality Certification

The Saudi Contractors Authority has received ISO 9001:2015 certification for its quality management system.

Secretary-General Eng. Thabet bin Mubarak Al-Suwaid said the certification reflects the Authority's efforts to improve services for members and the wider contracting sector. These efforts include updating procedures and overcoming obstacles to efficient work.

He reaffirmed SCA's commitment to improving performance and pursuing quality and excellence certifications.

Muflih Al-Jabrah, Head of Shared Services, said the achievement followed a new approach by the Quality Management Department, based on updated procedures and defined standards.

He added that work would continue to improve policies and procedures in line with stakeholder expectations.

The certification supports SCA's strategy to develop and apply high-quality regulatory standards. It provides assurance about the quality of services offered to the Authority's customers.
