The 3rd General Assembly - 1st invitation

Pursuant to the Saudi Contractors Authority’s governing regulations, issued under Council of Ministers Resolution No. 510 dated 23/11/1436 AH, the Authority is pleased to invite its full members—Saudi contractors licensed to practice contracting who have completed their membership registration—to attend the Third General Assembly Meeting.

The meeting will be held on Sunday, 24/7/1440 AH, corresponding to March 31, 2019, at 7:30 PM, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in the Al Nakheel district of Riyadh.

The agenda includes discussion and approval of the following items:

• Approval of the Authority’s annual report for 2018.
• Approval of the Authority’s final accounts for 2018.
• Approval of the proposed budget for 2019.
• Appointment of the external auditor and determination of the auditor’s remuneration for 2019.

Details and supporting materials for the agenda items will be made available on the Saudi Contractors Authority’s website.

A quorum of at least half of the members is required for the meeting to proceed. If a quorum is not reached, another meeting will be called no fewer than 15 days and no more than 60 days after the first meeting. The subsequent meeting will be valid regardless of the number of members attending, in accordance with Article 7, paragraph 3, of the Authority’s governing regulations.

If the first meeting does not reach a quorum, the subsequent meeting will be held on Tuesday, 11/8/1440 AH, corresponding to April 16, 2019, at the same venue and time, with the same agenda.

• Participation is restricted to Saudi contractors who have completed their membership registration with the Authority by Saturday, 23/7/1440 AH, corresponding to March 30, 2019.
• The commercial registration holder or an authorized Saudi representative must attend in person.
• Proof of membership registration with the Authority must be provided.
• All participants must present their national ID cards. Authorized representatives must also present an authorization letter certified by the Chamber of Commerce.
