SCA Tops 2022 Workplace Ranking for Saudi Public-Sector SMEs

The Saudi Contractors Authority (SCA) ranked first among small and medium-sized government and semi-government entities in Saudi Arabia in the 2022 Great Place to Work rankings. This achievement reflects the Authority’s commitment to continuous improvement and to providing a safe, world-class work environment. It recognizes SCA’s ongoing efforts to enhance its workplace through a program that assesses and recognizes organizations against rigorous criteria. The assessment includes a comprehensive workplace review and internal employee surveys covering several areas, including employees’ relationships with management.

This recognition demonstrates the Authority’s commitment to supporting skilled professionals and emerging talent in line with the highest international standards. Earlier in January 2022, the Authority also obtained ISO 9001:2015 certification for its quality management system, demonstrating its implementation of internationally recognized quality management requirements.
