The Chairman and Board members of the Saudi Contractors Authority invite its principal members to attend the fifth General Assembly meeting remotely on Saturday, July 3, 2021 (23/11/1442 AH), at 7:30 PM. The meeting link will be made available later.
The invitation follows SCA's governing regulation, approved by Council of Ministers Resolution No. 510, dated 23/11/1436 AH, and instructions to hold the meeting remotely because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Eligible members are Saudi contractors licensed to practice contracting who have completed their SCA membership registration.
Members will discuss, comment on and vote on the 2020 annual report, the 2020 final accounts, the proposed 2021 budget, and the appointment and remuneration of the auditor for 2021.

At least half of the members must attend for the meeting to have a quorum. If a quorum is not reached, a second meeting must be called between 15 and 60 days after the first. That meeting will be valid regardless of the number attending, in accordance with Article 7(3) of the regulation.
If required, the second meeting will take place on Sunday, July 18, 2021 (8/12/1442 AH), using the same link, time and agenda.
Participation is restricted to Saudi contractors who have completed their SCA membership registration. The commercial registration holder or an authorized Saudi representative must participate personally.
