The Saudi Contractors Authority honored winners of the third Contracting Sector Excellence Awards. Deputy Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing Eng. Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Budair and SCA Chairman Eng. Zakaria bin Abdulrahman Al-Abdulqader attended.
The awards support SCA's work to develop contracting and motivate its workforce by recognizing outstanding individuals and organizations.
The 11 categories were Best Construction Contractor, Best Mining Services Contractor, Best Building Services and Landscaping Contractor, Best Organization in Security, Safety and Occupational Health, and Best Small or Medium-Sized Contractor.
Other categories were Best Project, Best Consultancy Firm, Best Factory, Best Male Leader, Best Female Leader, and Best Innovation.
Al-Abdulqader said the awards reflect SCA's commitment to quality, innovation and sustainability. They encourage competition and motivate contractors and companies to achieve higher standards.
Winners expressed their appreciation, saying the recognition strengthens their market standing and motivates them to continue pursuing excellence and innovation.
SCA works to regulate and develop contracting, build productive capabilities, address sector challenges and strengthen communication among stakeholders.
