His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Nawaf bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Al-Jouf, received a delegation from the Saudi Contractors Authority (SCA) today at the regional governorate headquarters. The delegation was led by SCA Chairman Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Al-Ajlan and included several Board members.

The visit aimed to strengthen cooperation and support the development of the contracting sector in the region.

During the visit, the delegation presented a brief overview of SCA’s 2024 Annual Report, highlighting the Authority’s main initiatives and achievements during the year.

The delegation also reviewed the state of the contracting sector in Al-Jouf and compared the region’s price index with those of other cities. This provided a clearer picture of the sector and its competitiveness.

Discussions covered SCA’s roundtable meetings with contractors and their role in identifying current challenges. They also addressed practical solutions to improve the quality of municipal work and project performance.

The delegation discussed key aspects of the contracting sector strategy and ongoing efforts to support businesses and improve efficiency and quality. These efforts align with national development goals.

The visit forms part of a series of meetings between SCA and regional governorates to strengthen coordination and support the contracting sector’s role in delivering development projects across Saudi Arabia.
