His Royal Highness Prince Mutaib bin Mishaal bin Badr bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of Al-Jouf, received a delegation from the Saudi Contractors Authority (SCA) today at the regional governorate headquarters. SCA Chairman Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Al-Ajlan led the delegation, accompanied by several Board members.
The meeting aimed to strengthen cooperation and support the development of the contracting sector in the region.
Discussions covered SCA’s future initiatives, the services and achievements included in its 2024 Annual Report, and the main projects the Authority is working to deliver in Al-Jouf.
The meeting also reviewed the region’s contracting sector and compared its price index with those of other cities. This helped clarify the sector’s current conditions and competitiveness.
Participants discussed SCA’s roundtable meetings with contractors and how they help identify challenges facing the sector. They also explored practical solutions to improve work quality and project performance.
The meeting addressed key aspects of the contracting sector strategy and ongoing steps to support businesses and raise efficiency and quality in line with national development goals.
These efforts seek to strengthen coordination, support the sector’s contribution to development projects across Saudi Arabia, and improve its readiness to meet future needs.
